What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: from 3:00 pm
Check-out: by 11:00 am
Before check-in and after check-out, you can leave your luggage in the storage area free of charge. If the room is vacated after the check-out time, additional fees may apply.
Can I arrive after 3:00 pm?
Yes, our reception is open 24 hours a day.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, CartaSì, American Express and Diners.
Where can I park my car?
The hotel has a garage with 100 covered parking spaces, monitored by CCTV. This service is available for a fee and by reservation (€5.00 per day in winter and €15/20 in summer).
Is there Internet access?
Yes, Internet access is available via WI-FI throughout the hotel.
What are the restaurant hours?
The Golden Restaurant is open every day. Lunch is from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm and dinner from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm. The Golden Restaurant is only open during the summer months.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is available from 7:00 am to 10:30 am.
Are there specific pool hours?
The pool is open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm (except during private events, when it closes at 8:00 pm).
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the pool operates in shifts for adults/children.
What are the wellness centre hours?
The “La Dolce Vita” Wellness Centre is open from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Do you accept pets?
We accept small pets with a daily token fee of €10.00 per pet (maximum 1 per room).
Is there entertainment for children?
During the summer, we have a dedicated team for children’s entertainment both in the hotel and on the beach. There is also a Baby Room with a kitchen service where parents can personally prepare food for their children. Babysitting services are available by reservation and for a fee.
Do you organise parties or other events in the hotel?
Throughout the year, we organise themed dinners and musical evenings.
Is it possible to rent bicycles?
Near the hotel, there is a ‘rent a bike’ service or the option to use scooters via the municipality’s app.
How can I reach your hotel from the train station?
It’s very easy. Once you exit the Rimini Train Station, take bus number 11 towards Riccione and get off at stop no. 30, right in front of the hotel. Estimated travel time is 10 minutes (travel time may double depending on traffic).
Tourist Tax
Bookings do not include tourist tax, which is paid directly at the hotel. The cost is €4 per person for up to 7 nights.
